You receive the wrong product, size, or design.

After review, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
If a replacement is approved, it will be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled, as each item is made on demand.
Please double-check all personalization details (name, design, size, etc.) before confirming your order.

Delivery Issues
If your package is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect address, please contact us at πŸ“§ impulvia@gmail.com.
We will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.
If reshipment is required due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.

Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
