Shipping Policy – Impulvia

  1. Processing Time
    All our products are made to order.
    Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
    Please note that production time may vary slightly depending on order volume and item personalization.

  2. Shipping Times
    We currently ship only within the United States.
    Delivery time is typically 2–4 business days or 2–5 business days, depending on the provider handling your order.
    Delays may occur due to carrier issues or other factors beyond our control.

  3. Shipping Costs
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size and the provider selected.
    We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the product or checkout page when available.

📦 Important Note About Providers:
Some of our products are produced and shipped by different print providers (e.g., Printify, Gooten, Gelato).
If you order items from different providers, they will be shipped separately, and each shipment will have its own shipping cost.
However, if you purchase multiple products from the same provider (for example, “Gooten 1” or “Printify 1”), they will be shipped together with a single shipping fee.
This information is indicated in the product title or description to help you know which items can be combined in one shipment.

  1. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
    You can use this number to follow your package through the carrier’s website.

  2. Lost or Delayed Packages
    If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact us at  impulvia@gmail.com.
    We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
    If the package is confirmed lost, we will replace or refund your order as appropriate.

  3. Wrong Address
    Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
    We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
